    Job Responsibilities:
    : Y) M# ~+ y, Z4 {6 y5 h( x5 J
    • Assess the patients and develop treatment plans that meet their needs.
    • Choose appropriate activities to help service recipients complete their daily tasks independently.
    • Observe and guide the service recipients as they perform assigned tasks.
    • Observe and assess the progress of service recipients, and write detailed reports accordingly.
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
    • Review records to ensure the completeness of care documents for service recipients.
    • Maintain good cooperation with the medical team and actively participate in team work.

    Job Qualifications/Requirements:
    ' @( J2 q- u. p/ \! @# j
    • Applicants must be fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate and write in English.
    • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program.
    • Holds a valid Maryland physical therapist license.
    • Those with experience working in assisted living facilities will be given priority.
    • Possesses excellent customer service and patient care experience.
    • Be proactive and willing to strive to exceed the patient's expectations.
    • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and always maintain a positive attitude.
