Job Responsibilities:
[*]Assess the patients and develop treatment plans that meet their needs.
[*]Choose appropriate activities to help service recipients complete their daily tasks independently.
[*]Observe and guide the service recipients as they perform assigned tasks.
[*]Observe and assess the progress of service recipients, and write detailed reports accordingly.
[*]Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
[*]Review records to ensure the completeness of care documents for service recipients.
[*]Maintain good cooperation with the medical team and actively participate in team work.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
[*]Applicants must be fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate and write in English.
[*]Graduated from an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program.
[*]Holds a valid Maryland physical therapist license.
[*]Those with experience working in assisted living facilities will be given priority.
[*]Possesses excellent customer service and patient care experience.
[*]Be proactive and willing to strive to exceed the patient's expectations.
[*]Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and always maintain a positive attitude.
